Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or professional experience.
• 1+ year of financial services experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of credit union products, services, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide range of member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional member service and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
• Educate members on self-service tools such as Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
• Support fraud prevention and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Collaborate with branches and internal partners to meet department goals.
• Assist with compliance and documentation tasks as required.
