Job summary

Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union in Cambridge, MN, seeks a Member Advisor to deliver exceptional member service by handling a wide range of transactions and inquiries, applying knowledge of credit union products, policies, and procedures to support members' financial well-being.

You will process deposits/withdrawals, issue debit/credit cards, educate members on digital tools, and collaborate with team to maintain accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of financial services experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of credit union products and policies.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, cashier’s checks.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Gather, input, and validate wire transfer information.
• Generate and issue debit and credit cards.
• Troubleshoot card and online banking concerns; assist with account questions.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault-related functions.
