Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-3 years in customer-facing roles preferred; banking/financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Professionalism and accountability: maintain confidentiality, follow procedures, and demonstrate sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service aligned with HHCU mission and service promises.
• Build relationships with members and address their financial needs.
• Process transactions and account maintenance accurately and securely.
• Educate members on HHCU products and services to support their financial goals.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
