Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in retail or customer service in financial industry with cash handling and clerical experience.
• Strong grasp of retail and credit union products and services with proven sales/service record.
• Loan training and lending knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and positive attitude; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teller-level transactions and loan processing with accuracy.
• Provide financial guidance and budgeting advice tailored to members.
• Ensure compliance with daily operations and regulatory requirements.
• Build trusted relationships and resolve member issues end-to-end.
• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets through referrals and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with team and support branch events and community outreach.
