Job summary

Hoosier Hills Credit Union in Mitchell, IN is seeking an Associate Member Advisor to join our Mitchell Service Center. The hourly pay ranges from $15.93 to $23.90, with travel up to 25%.

This role focuses on delivering personable financial service, helping Members reach their goals, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. You'll build relationships, process transactions, manage account maintenance, and educate Members on HHCU products.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong accuracy and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service aligned with Hoosier Hills Credit Union's mission and service promises.
• Build and maintain strong member relationships, delivering outstanding service.
• Process transactions and manage account service requests accurately.
• Perform account maintenance and address inquiries promptly.
• Follow security guidelines and comply with BSA/AML regulations.
• Assist with online banking, statements, card activation, and wire transfers.
• Recommend HHCU products that meet members' needs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members; share improvement ideas.
• Engage in continuous learning to drive personal and team development.
