Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Member experiences and trusted guidance for everyday financial needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with Members, delivering outstanding service.
• Process transactions and perform account maintenance with accuracy.
• Assist with online banking, statements, card activations, and wire transfers.
• Identify HHCU products that meet Members' needs and explain options.
