Job summary

Kinetic Credit Union seeks a dynamic Member Advisor to engage members, educate them on products, and deliver exceptional service in a branch setting. You will use consultative selling to identify cross-sell opportunities and deepen relationships while maintaining branch standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle a variety of teller and account-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or an associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience in a financial institution or two years retail customer service.
• Must possess knowledge of methods, practices and terminology of credit union or retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Assists members using the PTM and educates them on new teller tech.
• Complete Currency Transaction Reports for >$10,000.
• Perform all Teller transactions and assist when needed.
• Resets passwords and PINs for members and online/mobile banking.
