Job summary

Verve A Credit Union seeks a Member Experience Advisor I to serve as a member ambassador across in-person, phone, and digital channels, delivering accurate transaction processing and personalized solutions.

You will open and service consumer deposit accounts, take applications for credit cards and unsecured loans, explain features in clear terms, and help members use digital banking tools while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of customer service or cash handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to members.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide welcoming environment.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Explain account features and regulatory terms in clear language.
• Assist members with digital banking tools and problem resolution.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and growth.
• Maintain cash drawer and comply with policies and security.
• Support branch and community outreach activities.
