TowneBank in Chesapeake is seeking a friendly Member Service Specialist to open new accounts, service existing ones, interview members to assess needs, promote bank products, and provide exquisite service in person and on the phone.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of banking experience with a single employer, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn and promote products, interact professionally, and multitask daily.

Formación

• 1 year of banking experience with a single employer.
• Ability to learn and promote new products to members.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to deliver financial services with high ethics.
• Professional interaction with members in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Ability to multitask and learn new processes quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
• Interview members to assess needs and match to bank products.
• Gather data, complete documentation, and input into the system.
• Process transactions and coordinate with the teller line.
• Promote TowneBank and related bank products.
• Provide exquisite member service in person and by phone.
• Follow security guidelines daily and assist with audits.
