STCU is seeking a Member Consultant to create exceptional in-person experiences for existing and prospective members at our retail locations in Washington. You will conduct interviews, review accounts, and identify opportunities to expand relationships while positioning STCU as the primary financial institution for members.

The ideal candidate has teller or service experience, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' teller or service experience in a financial institution.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Protect membership confidentiality and proper access per policies.
• Originate and expand member relationships through reviews and recommendations.
• Exceed service expectations by delivering exceptional member experiences.
