STCU is seeking a Member Consultant to create outstanding in-person experiences for current and prospective members at our retail locations. You will conduct interviews at new member origination and during account maintenance to identify opportunities to expand relationships and position STCU as the primary financial partner.

The position is 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday 11:15pm-5:45pm, with opportunities to process transactions and support member needs in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years as Teller, new accounts or service rep in a financial institution.
• Proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Protect membership data and ensure proper access per policies.
• Originate and grow member relationships by reviewing financial positions with members.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and resolve issues to build loyalty.
