Collins Community Credit Union in Dubuque is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist I to promote and provide credit union products and services, handle teller transactions, and set up/new accounts, while referring to appropriate departments as needed.

You will join a fast-paced, member-focused environment, required to work during business hours Monday through Friday, with training and career advancement opportunities and a bilingual pay program for qualifying applicants.

Qualifications

• Must be available during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with new and existing account services.
• Conduct account transactions and general account maintenance.
• Actively promote and refer Credit Union products and services to benefit members.
• Navigate and utilize various software and platforms.
• Support the community by attending Credit Union events and activities.
