The role focuses on building relationships, guiding members through complex ownership types, and ensuring accurate data entry in the core system. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months financial institution or equivalent experience (sales, retail, opening new accounts, or cross selling) required.
• Demonstrated ability to identify member needs and build relationships while recommending products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each interaction creates a positive member experience with relevant solutions.
• Own end-to-end membership and account opening process, including complex ownership types.
• Verify cash transactions and balance cash drawers per Horizon's standards.
• Research, resolve, and report cash balancing discrepancies.
