Qualifications

• Minimum six months of financial institution or equivalent experience.
• Ability to identify member needs, build relationships, and recommend appropriate products.
• Experience with opening new accounts and cross selling preferred.
• Demonstrated accuracy in cash handling and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive member experience by addressing needs and offering solutions.
• Open deposit accounts and cross-sell products to members.
• Perform outbound calls to promote products and identify financial needs.
• Verify transactions and balance cash drawers per Horizon's balancing standards.
