Qualifications

• One year of customer or member service experience required; financial institution experience preferred.
• Commissioned Montana Notary Public or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Ability to explain financial products and services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain memberships and accounts.
• Process authorized transactions and service requests.
• Assist members in person, by telephone, and through digital channels.
• Provide accurate information about Montana Credit Union's products, services, policies, and procedures.
