Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a premier sales and service experience, focusing on membership, fitness, and retail offerings. You will build relationships and drive member acquisition and retention, aligning with revenue goals.

You will lead guests through the club, explain programs, and use POS and membership tools to enroll and assist members, contributing to a profitable club environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model to relate products/services to guests' fitness needs.
• Tours potential members and describes facility, equipment, services and amenities.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using provided tools.
• Enrolls guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities.
