World 50 Group is seeking a detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to support multiple communities and ensure exceptional member experiences. You will maintain member data in Salesforce, draft communications, and coordinate event logistics.

The role offers growth into a dedicated partnership with a membership community, working closely with the Group Leader to enrich the member experience. Join a mission-driven team focused on impact and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations and Economics or similar preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, retail or events.
• Experience with CRM database is a plus (Salesforce).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with World 50 communities on the execution of all membership activities.
• Create and maintain accurate member information in Salesforce that shapes members' experiences.
• Manage special projects and research related to membership communities.
• Draft emails and information to be sent to members.
• Assist with coordinating event details and logistics, such as name cards, member intel, bios, etc.
• Help Member Services Associates with the preparation and follow-up for member interactions, including but not limited to pre-call research, call notes, check-in meetings, and data input into Salesforce.
