The role emphasizes proactive outreach, service connections, and cross‑functional collaboration to support a growing member base.

Responsibilities include onboarding new members, maintaining engagement, and addressing at‑risk accounts, with a hybrid work setup and in‑person events

• 3+ years of experience in member relations, account management, customer relations, or related experience with a demonstrated record of retention success.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to engage with business professionals.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

• Implement the Chamber's standardized member relations processes to foster positive, professional relationships with assigned members.
• Actively participate in the onboarding process for new members to ensure a smooth transition into the Chamber.

• Conduct regular outreach to assigned members.
• Address delinquent accounts promptly and work to re-engage at-risk members.
• Develop and implement member satisfaction strategies to increase retention and renewals.
• Monitor membership retention trends and develop initiatives to address potential attrition concerns.
• Act as a liaison between members and Chamber leadership, staff, and volunteers to foster meaningful connections and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Chamber's membership management system regarding all member interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
