Job summary

Whitefish Credit Union is seeking a member-focused service professional to act as the front line for member interactions. This role handles account openings, loan requests, notary services, and teller-related tasks while guiding members to the appropriate personnel.

You will be the friendly face and voice representing the credit union in daily member engagement. The position emphasizes privacy, accuracy, and a cooperative approach to banking, with mandatory annual training and adherence to

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; ability to open accounts, process loan requests, and provide information to the public.
• Knowledge of banking policies, privacy guidelines and basic teller/loan officer functions.

Responsibilities

• Process personal loan/line requests up to assigned limit.
• Open new member accounts and assist members with teller transactions.
• Provide notary services and perform basic research or information gathering for members.
