Job summary

BECU is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless member experience and expert advice on consumer financial needs across lending, deposits, IRA, and fiduciary accounts. You will work across a pod of branches, handle outbound/inbound inquiries, and help members with financial wellness and planning resources.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in sales/financial retail, and strong communication skills; Spanish fluency is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Two years of sales-oriented, financial, or retail experience.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the sales process; can manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience and sales consultations across products and services.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through call center channels.
• Support community financial wellness through education and planning resources.
