Job summary

BECU in Monroe, LA is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless member experience and provide sales guidance across consumer lending, deposits, trusts, and accounts.

You will rotate across POD branches in the North District, complete a 12-week in-house training, and travel to Tukwila for training with a minimum one-year commitment and flexible scheduling.

Spanish language skills are a plus; bachelor’s degree required; strong communication and multitasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• One year of experience in a financial institution.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales across banking products and services.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through budgeting, education, and planning resources.
