Job summary

BECU in Spokane Valley seeks a Member Consultant II to deliver seamless member experiences, upsell financial services, and provide expert knowledge across business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA and Fiduciary accounts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least two years in sales‑oriented finance or retail, and may benefit from Spanish language skills. Training lasts 12 weeks, with rotations across POD branches and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through outbound/inbound call center, ensuring each Member’s needs are fulfilled.
