Job summary

Sam's Club in Gastonia, NC is seeking a frontline associate to support Membership services. You will provide information about membership benefits, promote value, and assist with upgrades and credit accounts while engaging customers and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include processing orders, pulling items, scanning, packing, and securing merchandise, as well as assisting at events to reach membership goals. Benefits include health, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide information on Membership benefits and promote the value of store products and services.
• Experience in handling memberships, upgrades, credit accounts, and processing orders.
• Follows safety standards and procedures including hazardous materials handling and forklift safety.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting value of products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts and participates in events to meet membership goals.
• Completes order fulfillment including selecting items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, and ensuring invoice accuracy.
