Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-1 years related work experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to make/take high volume of calls daily with professional demeanor
• Experience using a computer and navigating multiple systems
• Experience communicating across telephone and email in outbound campaigns

Responsibilities

• Triage inbound sales calls to route correctly, capture lead data in CRM, ensure compliant handling of PHI and DNC.
• Deliver personalized outreach through outbound campaigns to build rapport with members.
• Assist with scheduling and callback of follow-up appointments.
