Job summary

Planet Fitness in Syracuse, NY is seeking Front Desk Associates. You will welcome members with a friendly greeting, help with inquiries, and process payments at the front desk, delivering courteous service that supports member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include answering phones, keeping the club clean during shifts, and promoting current promotions and Black Card benefits to boost engagement. Qualifications: 18+, high school diploma or GED, and at least six months of in-person customer

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months of face-to-face customer service in retail or 1 year in fitness preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional, friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide accurate information to members.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain clean club areas during the shift (up to 50%).
• Promote products, promotions, and Black Card benefits to drive revenue.
• Provide friendly problem-solving to resolve member questions and concerns.
