Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma obtained.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members at front desk and enrollment.
• Coordinate with Manager to ensure accurate payroll.
• Assist with financial tracking reports.
• Maintain locker and towel service inventory and tracking.
• Prepare and review monthly membership reports and audits.
• Respond to members' concerns and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Keep fitness centers stocked and clean.
• Perform other duties as needed.
