Job summary

Exos is hiring a friendly Receptionist to join our fitness centers. You will greet members, assist with enrollment, manage front desk operations, and provide excellent service with a positive, helpful attitude.

Coordinate with the Manager on payroll, support financial tracking and monthly audits, maintain locker and towel inventory, respond to member concerns promptly, and keep the facility well stocked and clean. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Strong organizational and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency in Google apps and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome new fitness center members and assist with enrollment.
• Maintain front desk operations and payroll coordination with Manager.
• Support financial tracking reports and monthly membership audits.
• Respond to member concerns promptly and keep facilities stocked and clean.
