24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, explain available programs, and help members feel welcomed and motivated as they begin their path to healthier habits.

In this full-time role, you’ll build trust, maintain a clean and safe gym, and deliver an engaging guest and member experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and putting both members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
• You help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit.
• Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our fitness offerings.
