Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a friendly, service-driven teammate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to member goals, assess needs, and recommend personalized solutions that support their overall wellbeing within a welcoming club environment.

As the first point of contact, you’ll contribute to a positive, motivating member experience, maintain a clean and safe gym, and participate in commission plans tied to sales and member service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on member experience.
• Ability to listen actively and build rapport with members and guests.
• Possess a service mentality and strive to exceed member expectations.
• CPR and AED certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, answer questions, and connect them with the right resources.
• Keep gym clean, safe, and welcoming for all.
• Deliver a positive sales and service experience, guiding guests to take next steps in their fitness journey.
• Help onboard new members, ensuring a friendly greeting and prompt assistance on arrival.
