24 Hour Fitness is seeking aMember Services Associate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, assess needs, and recommend personalized solutions to support fitness success.

You will be the first face in the gym, ensuring a friendly onboarding experience, addressing questions, and promoting the community and classes. Join us for a rewarding, people-focused role in a busy club setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Demonstrate authenticity, sincerity, and open-mindedness.
• Strong service mentality and a desire to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect them with the appropriate resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales and service experience to all guests and members, guiding them to take the right next steps in fitness goals.
• Support an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our fitness offerings.
