The role emphasizes a welcoming, motivating member experience with onboarding, safety, and ongoing support. Availability is full-time with flexibility across days, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Full-time with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Support onboarding for new members and help them connect to fitness offerings.
