Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is seeking a Branch Specialist at our Kildeer, IL location. This role blends concierge, teller and personal banker duties, welcoming members, processing transactions, opening accounts, and guiding members to suitable products and services.

The position offers a dynamic, client-focused environment with opportunities to grow within the financial services industry. A 40-hour weekly schedule is required, including weekend hours as listed, and a comprehensive benefits

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or cash handling.
• Banking, Teller, or Personal Banker experience is a plus!
• Comfortable promoting products and services and engaging in consultative, sales-oriented conversations.
• Strong comfort level with technology, including data systems, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity and commitment to inclusion & diversity.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members in the branch creating a positive first impression
• Assist and educate members on self-service options, including Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)
• Process transactions accurately and resolve account and service needs
• Open new consumer accounts efficiently and with attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to connect members with loans, mortgages, and wealth management services
• Recommend improvements that enhance the member experience and branch operations
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, audits, and balancing standards
