Role Description

The Senior Branch Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Carol Stream, IL. This role supports branch operations by assisting members with transactions, account opening, and problem resolution while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and regulations. The Senior Branch Specialist provides guidance on CCU products and services, identifies opportunities to deepen member relationships, and refers members to appropriate specialists when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling cash and non-cash transactions, managing member inquiries, supporting routine branch administrative tasks, and contributing to branch sales and service goals. The role also involves mentoring team members, helping maintain a positive branch environment, and promoting CCU’s member-focused values in every interaction.
