Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or cash handling; banking/teller/personal banker experience is a plus.
• Promotes products and services in consultative sales conversations.
• Strong comfort with technology and data systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and create a positive first impression in the branch.
• Educate members on self-service options, including ITMs.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve account and service needs.
• Open new consumer accounts with attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to connect members with loans, mortgages, and wealth management services.
• Suggest improvements to enhance member experience and branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, audits and balancing standards.
