Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of similar work experience in retail, customer service, or banking.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable promoting products and engaging in consultative conversations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with data systems, MS Office, and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in the branch and create a positive first impression.
• Educate members on self-service options, including ITMs.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve account and service needs.
• Open new consumer accounts with attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to connect members with loans, mortgages, and wealth management services.
• Suggest improvements to enhance member experience and branch operations.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, audits, and balancing standards.
• Work schedule includes Mon–Thu 8:15–5:15, Fri 8:15–6:15, Sat 8:15–1:15.
