Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated passion for helping people and building relationships.
• Strong communication and human relations skills.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.

• Actively engage with members to deliver a positive experience.
• Provide prompt, professional and courteous service.
• Deepen relationships through expert product knowledge and referrals.
• Develop financial solutions education for members with consultative approach.
• Ensure accuracy of all transactions and service requests.
• Onboard members in the system and schedule follow-ups.
• Support the Member Service Center with incoming calls.
• Participate in branch promotions and community events.
• Collaborate across teams to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
