Candidate should have a high school diploma, and six months in a related role, with strong communication skills and the ability to lift 25 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Six months tenure in Financial Services Representative I or related role.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and conduct routine branch activities.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with members to deliver a positive experience aligned with the credit union values.
• Provide prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous service during every interaction.
• Deepen member relationships using product knowledge and cross-sales opportunities across channels.
• Educate members on financial solutions and use consultative approaches to improve financial well-being.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of transactions and service requests per standards.
• Onboard members in the system and manage outbound calls and appointments as needed.
• Support the Member Service Center with calls and adapt to changing needs.
