Job summary

Global Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Representative II to deliver exceptional member service in person and over the phone. You will perform transactions accurately and proactively recommend financial products to meet member needs.

You will grow member relationships through consultative engagement, cross-selling, and collaboration with various teams, while contributing to branch and business-line goals. This is a role with room to develop based on tenure and performance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Passion for helping people and the drive to build relationships that assist members reach financial goals.
• Good communication and human relation skills.
• Ability to effectively ask open-ended questions, problem solve and provide solutions.
• Develop strong working relationships with coworkers and partners through collaboration.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with existing and prospective members to create a positive member experience that aligns with the organization’s values and culture.
• Ensure all members receive prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous service during every interaction.
• Deepen member relationships through expert knowledge of credit union products and services and by engaging in member outreach and referrals.
• Use a consultative approach to develop solutions that improve members’ financial well-being.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all transactions and member service requests.
• Onboard members in the system and coordinate outbound calls and appointments to meet needs.
