Global Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Representative II to deliver exceptional in-person and phone support, drive member satisfaction, and recommend financial products to meet member needs. The role focuses on accurate transactions, proactive engagement, and cross-selling across branches.

The position emphasizes consulting, empathetic service, and teamwork, with opportunities to participate in community events and branch promotions while supporting growth targets.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience/skills: Passion for helping people and the drive to build relationships; good communication and human relations skills.
• Tenure: Six months in prior Financial Services Representative roles and related progression requirements.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with members to provide a positive experience consistent with the organization's values.
• Ensure all members receive prompt, professional, courteous service.
• Deepen member relationships through expert knowledge of credit union products and member engagement strategies.
• Develop solutions to educate and improve members' financial well-being.
• Ensure accurate completion of all transactions and service requests.
• Onboard members in the system and set appointments to meet needs.
• Support the Member Service Center with calls and monitor activities.
• Participate in branch promotions and community events.
• Work in a team across organizational levels.
