Greater Texas | Aggieland Credit Union in Austin, TX is seeking a Contact Center Representative. You will deliver top-tier member service via phone and digital channels, resolving questions, educating on products, and processing transfers or payments. Hybrid work, in-office 1–2x per month, with strong KPI targets and a supportive team environment.

The role demands 2+ years in customer service, a professional voice, and confidentiality. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a nice-to-have asset.

Formación

• 2+ years in a customer service role or professional experience.
• Pleasant and professional speaking voice.
• Confidentiality and attention to detail are a must.
• Ability to confidently talk with a variety of people.
• Teachable, Can-Do attitude, sense of humor.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members by phone with questions regarding their accounts and offering solutions.
• Educate members on credit union products and services.
• Process basic financial transactions: transfers, check orders, loan payments.
• Meet KPI metrics to maintain top-tier member support.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions beyond area of expertise.
