No banking background is required—we will train you and support your growth. The role offers a hybrid schedule after training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clear, respectful communication.
• Comfortable with using a computer, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Respond to member inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with established policies and security procedures.
• Provide accurate information about accounts, payments, products, and services, while identifying opportunities to recommend CWCU offerings.
• Research account issues and resolve documentation errors, escalating more complex matters when needed.
• Assist with completing forms, wires, account updates, and applications.
