Delta Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Care Agent in a hybrid, full-time role. The position handles member inquiries by phone and secure email, cross-sells financial products, and builds lasting relationships through attentive service.

The successful candidate will navigate multiple systems, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality support while adhering to policy and compliance standards. A fast-paced, member-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years’ customer service and/or sales experience.
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced and diverse environment.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assistance to members via telephone and secure email.
• Cross-sell Delta Community products and services.
• Research member issues using multiple platforms and document interactions.
• Maintain accurate notes and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Work a full-time schedule with shifts from 7 am to 8 pm, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
