Responsibilities

• Provide high level of service and aim to increase member satisfaction.
• Learn to deliver Signature Experiences in the Member Center.
• Handle daily transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers.
• Answer inquiries per Credit Union policies and procedures.
• Assist members with savings products and loans.
• Participate in training and development to learn legal aspects of accounts.
