Vitality Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional service by quickly processing and directing submissions, primarily over the phone.

You will support inbound member calls, resolve issues on first contact when possible, educate customers about the program and navigation, and escalate to proper departments to prevent recurring problems. The role emphasizes clear communication, organizational multitasking, and timely responses to keep members informed and satisfied

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound member calls and provide phone support.
• Deliver first-call resolution when possible.
• Direct submissions to appropriate departments to prevent recurring issues.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately, verbally or in writing.
• Educate customers about the Vitality program and website navigation.
• Document issues and load tickets for system-related problems.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Track and report on improvements to current processes.
• Communicate with internal and external audiences as needed.
