Job summary

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative to assist members via phone, email, and online channels. You will handle banking tasks, resolve inquiries, and deliver top-tier service while building lasting member relationships.

The role supports a rotating schedule, including weekdays and occasional Saturdays, with emphasis on accurate, confidential service and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.
• Have experience working in a service or sales related capacity.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
• Have ability to be organized, efficient, and accurate in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows Software programs.

Responsibilities

• Field phone calls, voicemails, e-mails, and online messages.
• Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, bill pay, deposits, and more.
• Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships.
• Refer members to other credit union products and services when appropriate.
• Provide efficient and professional service to members.
• Maintain member confidentiality.
