Job summary

Alliant Credit Union is seeking a hybrid Call Center Associate to assist members by phone, process financial transactions, and resolve issues with care and regulatory compliance. You will build member relationships and refer to internal partners for deeper service experiences.

The role supports hours Monday–Friday with weekend coverage as noted, and includes benefits such as health, retirement, and education reimbursement. Excellent de‑escalation skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in Banking, Retail, Customer Service or related field.
• Preferred: 1 year Call Center experience in Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine to moderately complex member inquiries with a goal of first call resolution.
• Process financial transactions on members’ accounts efficiently.
• Review, qualify, open and close deposit accounts and ATM/debit cards.
• Complete money transfers and assist with check withdrawals.
• Make fee refunds within defined relationship parameters.
