CoVantage Credit Union in New Lenox, IL seeks a Contact Center Representative to field calls, assist with passwords, deposits, and more, while delivering exceptional service and building member relationships.

The role requires strong communication, prior service/sales experience, and proficiency with MS Office; bilingual preferred. This position follows a rotating schedule, including Saturdays, and offers growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.
• Experience working in a service or sales related capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
• Able to be organized, efficient, and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows Software programs.

Aufgaben

• Field phone calls, voicemails, emails, and online messages.
• Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, bill pay, deposits, and more.
• Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships.
• Refer members to other credit union products and services when appropriate.
• Provide efficient and professional service to members.
• Maintain member confidentiality.
