Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Prior financial institution or call center experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services, features, and benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell effectively.
• Proficient with personal computer applications and in-house software.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account-related services.
• Exceed members' expectations through efficient, proactive, and accurate service across channels.
• Provide a superior member experience by actively listening and assessing member needs.
• Explain features and benefits of targeted products and services.
• Offer targeted solutions to meet member needs.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/OFAC and report unusual activity in writing to Compliance.
• Promote membership growth and loyalty through upselling opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sunward policies, procedures, systems and processes.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet service level agreements.
