Educational Systems FCU is seeking a Member Care Representative for its fast-paced Contact Center. You will provide prompt, courteous assistance by phone, chat, and email, helping members identify financial solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in a financial institution, and proven member service skills. A fast-paced environment and cross-selling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a financial institution.
• Experience selling and cross-selling products or services.
• Excellent member service skills including strong verbal and written communication.
