Job summary

LBS Financial Credit Union in Long Beach, CA is hiring a Member Care Representative III to deliver exceptional service to Members. You will educate Members on products, handle transactions, and support account services with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires knowledge of loans, new accounts, and compliance, plus speed and reliability in a fast-paced team environment. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Provides assistance to Members in financial areas and helps select appropriate products and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain policies and resolve concerns.
• Able to escalate issues to leadership and maintain excellent service during all interactions.
• Meets goals as measured by the Employee Scorecard.
• Maintains knowledge of compliance regulations related to loans, new accounts and operations.
• Has cash handling experience and balances a cash drawer.
• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of platform sales and loan experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Educate Members on a variety of credit union products and services.
• Process account transactions and assist with new memberships and accounts.
• Provide exceptional member service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support branch operations and vault responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and adhere to attendance standards.
